What affects the ride?
Curves, water flow, the rider and final geometry also affect the ride; gradient alone does not guarantee speed.
Nominal component falls for comparison: A Entry 600 mm once; B 1 m straight 200 mm each; C/D curves 300 mm each; E 2 m straight 200 mm each; F End 0 mm assumed for indicative comparison only. This F assumption is not a certified manufacturing dimension. Final F profile and pool-entry geometry remain subject to confirmation before manufacture.

Important information for your installer
The proposed pool entry, dimensions and layout are indicative. Your appropriately qualified installer/contractor must determine site suitability and check engineering, supporting structures, footings, access, pool entry, water depth, clearances, site works, compliance and all installation and safety requirements against manufacturer requirements and applicable standards and regulations.
Planning guidance: at least 1.2 metres of water depth at the entry, clear of steps, benches, ledges and other obstructions. 4 metres of clear water ahead in the rider's direction of travel is recommended. Your installer must check the requirements for your site; this guidance does not certify the installation. Planning a future pool? Discuss this with your pool builder.
